Any claims submitted without a valid provider taxonomy code will reject. Please review your billing system settings to ensure taxonomy is included on all claims to avoid payment delays.

We encourage providers to submit claims electronically using one of the methods found on our Submitting claims page. If you opt to file on paper, claims must be submitted to: Magellan Healthcare, Inc. P.O. Box 1029 Maryland Heights, MO 63043.
